Confeitaria Moura


    The Confeitaria Moura created in 1892, kept the craft production, from the time of acceptance of a pastry master Spanish, inventor of the famous pastries puff pastry with a cover made of sugar and clear. Thus have arisen the Jesuits in the country, “a simple accident.” The Confectionery Moura began also with the manufacture of “sweets drawer” (dry cakes to serve with tea) which continues to this day. Over the years there have been other creations, such as Tirsenses, round cakes made of puff pastry trimmings and bread sponge cake, stuffed with an almond cream. A new product, the same quality.

    With manufacturing itself there 121 years, the space still conquers us by limonetes and other sweet treasures, of various shapes and sizes, which confecionam by hand. The ALMABRAND currently developing the Brandin this century-old brand.
